Settling into the temporary art studio...

I have been slowly settling into my temporary art studio, the dining room of our main house, while I dream and plan a future studio in one of the old stables.

But for now, I get to work in this extraordinary room, surrounded by murals painted in 1910 by Wilhelm Liljekvist, he was a farmworker and relative of the original owners. The walls are filled with lakes, hills, foxes, reindeer and even rowing ladies...

Being wrapped in these painted landscapes every day feels like working inside a storybook!
