Nature's Alchemy

In Nature's Alchemy, I use painting as a way to study how materials transform. Working with natural pigments and the volatile processes of encaustic and heat, each artwork captures a moment when colour and matter shift and settle. The series explores alchemical ideas as a framework for understanding colour and transformation and each painting becomes a material record of these processes, connecting historical alchemical principles with a contemporary artistic practice.
