WALKING ART

Walking is an important part of my art practice. It began as a way to maintain mental health but has since evolved into an integral part of my creative process. 

Through walking, I explore, reflect, and engage with the surrounding landscape. It is a mindful practice that encourages a deeper alignment with the rhythms of nature and creates a stronger connection to the earth and the natural world.
